Welcome To The Official Greg Pound Campaign Website
I, Greg Pound, am running as a candidate for Pinellas County Commissioner in 2010. Your vote for me is a vote for family values, community leadership and moral integrity. For years I have worked to oppose the corruption that is infecting our local government. I have also served Pinellas County on the Juvenile Justice Board for several years working with our troubled youth.
Only with your support can I help to make real change in 2010. I urge you to listen to my story at RescueMyKids.com and become aware of the heartbreaking struggle I face everyday to reunite my family. My story is but one of many, that proves this broken and corrupted system is destroying our families throughout Pinellas County and the State of Floridia.

I am currently running against County Commissioner Calvin Harris for Pinellas County, District 2,At Large. Calvin Harris is one of Pinellas County’s biggest problems. Dishonest, greedy politicians, like Calvin Harris, have gone to the point of using even our children in Pinellas County for federal grant monies. I refer to this atrocity as the child molestation ring that is being run in Pinellas County. I, Greg Pound, sit on the 6th Circuit Juvenile Justice Board (Department of Juvenile Justice), with Mr. Harris, Sheriff Coats, and State Attorney Bernie McCabb. They are some of the most powerful influences in our county. The County Commissioners, the Sheriff, and the Chief Prosecutor’s offices are presently being held by lying criminals and they deserve to be jailed for their crimes against children and families (including the elderly) here in Pinellas County.
Please take the time and just look over this web-site. The information will grow as I can find the time to add to it. They are trying to discredit me by forcing me, through the courts, to get a psychological evaluation done by the Court's hand-picked psychologist, Ms. Dr. Poorman. The Court is refusing to allow me to get an independent evaluation with a non-biased psychologist. When I ran for Sheriff, in Pinellas County, against Sheriff Coats, he was breaking the election laws. I filed complaints with the Ethics Commission and there was found "probable cause" to have a hearing in Tallahassee, the State capital. Sheriff Coats and his minions had me falsely arrested for attending a political function to which I was invited. I won the court battle. He then had me falsely arrested for a second time with felony charges for allegedly blowing kisses to my children and saying “Mommy and Daddy love you,” so I would not be able to present the evidence at the scheduled hearing. This allegation they classify as the criminal charges of Aggravated Stalking and Domestic Violence. After 36 days in jail, without bond, they dropped the felony charges. Now they are trying to put me in jail for a year for exercising my right to free speech. My next hearing date is Dec 3, 2009.
We have Sheriff Coats filing false reports to get children into custody for the grant money, while people, like our city counselman John Bryant was, according to the St. Pete Times, sexually molesting a little girl from eight years old to eighteen. Then, after she “aged out” of his home, he procured two more little girls from DCF and started molesting them. This is the same DCF over which Sheriff Coats presides. John Bryant was married at the time and was known as Mayor Baker’s best friend. Then Al Zimmermen, a former weatherman for TV 9 Live, was recommended by our Governor Charlie Crist as the spokesman for DCF in Tallahasse. Zimmerman was arrested by the FBI for molesting children because the FDLE would not do anything. Then our State’s Attorney Bernie McCabe, confronted with allegations of child molestation, adopts a little girl-just like John Bryant. Then the Largo Police Dept. is busted for running a children porn ring. The news stated a hand-full of officers are under investigation by the FBI and one officer has been arrested. The list goes on. More than half of these men are still working for our local government.
Are these the kind of people you want managing your money, your families, and your business affairs in your County? They have trashed the constitutions of the state of Florida and of the United States. We need a big change in our country and the change must come one county at a time. In order to clean up the criminals running Pinellas County, I’m going to need the help of the people of Pinellas County. The word community means people coming together in unity. This is what its going to take for us to clean it up.
Not liars, like our Sheriff, who said he retired in 1999, in order to get 10 thousand dollars a month plus his salary of 170 thousand dollars a year, when he never really retired.
We need new leaders, men and women that will not be bought or sold, like those who sell out their loyalty oaths or refuse to keep one on record to defend and abide by the Constitution. We need representatives who love our people more than the things they can get from their power and money. They have become traitors to our country.
A recent lawsuit, highlighting this corruption, has alleged, "that the state engaged in a systematic process by which the families, parents, children, and citizens of the state have been terrorized, traumatized and torn asunder as well as deprived of their fundamental rights without due process of law.” The suit continues by stating that the motivation behind this system of oppression is federal funding and grants. People are going to have take a stand in our local government and place people in government offices that love America and our Constitution for which we stand, one nation under GOD. I am willing to fight the battle to save our families and our community, but I need your help. I cannot fight the battle alone. I know what is happening here because I live here. The state and specifically Pinellas County have destroyed my family and I was never charged with a crime. I know what must be done and the people who need to be held accountable. Please get involved with me in any way you can. I need those who are familiar with the problems to help me tell it to our community. I need those who can help financially to help back my efforts. And most of all I need your prayers.
Your Servant,
Gregory Pound
There exists in this County and State mandated by the Federal Agencies to receive money from the Federal Government contractual relationships known as "Cooperative Agreements" and also sometimes called Performance of Services Contracts or Memorandums of Understanding.
I have here a copy of a "Cooperative Agreement" between "The Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Program" and "The Clerk of the Circuit Court in its Capacity as the Local Child Support Depository." This "Cooperative Agreement is mandated by 45 CFR Section 302.34 [Attached] "The State plan shall provide that the State will enter into written agreements for cooperative arrangements under Section 303.107 with appropriate courts, law enforcement officials, Indians tribes or tribal organizations."
This first of all is a violation of the separation of Powers in the Florida government to have contracts between the "Executive" and "Judicial" Branches. This is never disclosed to the people whose children are the subject of these Florida Courts.
Second the Cooperative Agreement in Article VI (B) of the Courts is strictly about money and the judge is instructed to perform for MONEY "B. Disallowed Claims for Federal Financial Participation: Financial penalties or disallowances of Federal Financial Participation for expenditures that are incurred by the Department as a direct result of any Federal finding of inadequate performance by the Depository [Note: Remembering Depository is the Court, i.e. the Judge] in the appropriate share upon receipt of the official notice of such finding Recouplment of payments shall be made either by securing a credit that will offset subsequent invoices submitted by the Depository, consistent with the requires of 45 CFR Section 304.40 or by a lump sum payment." This clearly is the wholesale selling of the performance of the Judge for his performance to acquire Money.
Lest we forget also that the County Commissioners have a contract also for the services of the Sheriff in this County between the Department of Revenue and Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners for money.
As you look at these cooperative agreements keep in mind they are NOT referring to child support, they are speaking of the federal grant money that's procured by bringing our children into state custody through the Pinellas County Sheriff Dept. DCF.
This is the tip of a very large problem of selling our Children for Money. All of the parties involved are making money off of kidnapping and holding for Ransom Children for Performance of Case Plans.

Please explain the role of the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners in the unwarranted and unprecedented attacks by Commissioner Calvin Harris against the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council.
On January 9, 2007, the Council received a letter from the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, signed by Commissioner Calvin D. Harris. Harris wrote that the Council "will no longer be recognized as a DJJ council." Included in March 13, 2007 correspondence with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Deputy Secretary Rick Davison writes, "the Department of Juvenile Justice will continue its commitment to the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council…"
Florida Statute 985.664 formed the Council nearly a decade ago. Its purpose is to provide advice and direction to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Among the Council's duties is the appointment of seven members of the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board.
On January 22, 2007, the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board met in the County Commission conference room at 315 Court Street, Clearwater. When the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council's appointees took their seats at the Board table, Commissioner Harris ordered them to leave. When they protested, Commissioner Harris directed Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputy Cunningham to have them removed. This unprovoked hostility is an insult and an outrage to those who accepted, in good faith, an opportunity to be of service to their community.
In closing, please acknowledge receipt of this email and tell me when the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council can expect your explanation.
According to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the next meeting of the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board is Monday, April 30, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the County Commission chambers, 315 Court Street, Clearwater. On behalf of those appointees to Board from the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council, I expect them to participate in the Board's business without intimidation or threat from anyone at anytime.
I await your prompt explanation.
Dave Plyer, Chair
Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council
